Kitchen Renovation

I just wanted to take a moment to share what an incredible experience we had with 207 Improvement and with our lead contractor, Dylan Jenness. In the beginning stages of our renovation, we met with over a dozen contractors— many which briefly stopped by for only a few minutes or were slow to communicate or never followed through. Right at our initial meeting, the team at 207 Improvement walked through our home asking detailed questions and offered creative options, truly seeing our vision. Their attentiveness and communication was top tier out the gate. After moving forward with our home renovation, they were met with a few hiccups in our older home that were handled with professionalism and ease that caused us no headaches or stress. Even when our power was shut off unexpectedly, Dylan made a point to fill jugs of water and drop them by our chicken coop so we could give water to our chickens with no stress— totally not his problem, but he went above and beyond again. Every time I changed my mind (which was often), I was met with, “Sounds good! We can absolutely do that for you.” Dylan was exceptional with real time changes. The finished product is more than we could have ever imagined. We are so pleased and in love with the work done to our home. We were nervous going in to this renovation, but the team at 207 Improvement went above and beyond. They are timely, fair, honest, hardworking, and we will never use anyone else— we are already looking forward to working with them on our next project. Thank you 207 Improvement!
